Hi my name is Alex, I'm 16 Years old I weight 171 pounds, I'm 5 Feet and 9 Inches tall 

I drink about 2-4 cans of soda a day and play a ton a video games as well as eating a lot of fast food


and I'm on a quest to lose 20 Pounds in under 2 months


This blog will be helping me and you lose weight.

By blogging about it helps keep me motivated
and by me telling you everything i did to help lose weight HELPS YOU! =)

 Challenges to Overcome: NO SODA    & NO FAST FOOD                                    


And the only way you can stop drinking soda and eating fast food IS
DRUM ROLL.................................................. IS  FOR YOU TO STOP DRINKING SODA AND EATING FAST FOOD...... DUHHH

AND YES THIS IS TRULY THE ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT EFFICIENTLY

AND THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT IS YOURSELF

And trust me if you stop drinking soda and eating fast food you 
will lose weight 20x faster than TRYING to lose weight only by exercising
